A
Note on Printing:
All
the PDF files with an EVEN number of pages should be printed back
to back. The first page of all the PDF files with an ODD number
of pages (if more than 1 page) is the cover.
In other words, the first page should stay single-sided and all
pages thereafter should be printed back-to-back. The best
way to do this is to print all ODD numbered pages first and then
all EVEN numbered pages WITHOUT putting the first (cover) page back
into the printer.
You may want to try, if you are distributing these pamphlets to
others, printing the cover on a thicker different coloured board
(about 160 gram is good). This helps extend the life of the pamphlet
as well as giving it a less "disposable" feel.
